FAQ

Why 120 tendons?

120 tendons allows our hand to be ultra redundant and extremely high DoF.

When will the hand be available to purchase?

Fall 2026

How durable is it?

The hand has been tested through 100,000+ actuation cycles, with continued cycle-life testing underway.

What gloves work for retargeting?

Off-the-shelf options — Manus, Wuji, and others. No custom glove required.

How do I control it?

Python-first API: high-level pose commands plus low-level force and tension access. ROS wrapper available.

What ships for simulation?

Accurate URDF, mesh, and a basic working example to start from.

How does calibration work?

One-step startup calibration, with tendon health monitored continuously to hold the same policy over extended use.

Can I add sensors?

Sensor-ready out of the box — standard mounts, ports, and SDK hooks, with optional wrist-camera mounting.
